Hauntu is an immersive experience that combines theatrical performances with live actors, role playing and decision making in delivering a horror and mystical story.
Hauntu is available at The LINC, KL and The Curve, Damansara with both having two different settings and storylines.
There is more than one ending in the two experiences and the decisions made during the 1 hour experience determine the ending you’ll get.
Be observant to every detail delivered by the actors and get your desired outcome. You can always come back to replay the experience and episodes for a different ending.
The episodes available differ based on our outlets.
At The Linc, KL, there are 3 different episodes set in The Haunted Colle Eastern Hotel that each tells a different story and are set in 3 different eras - the 50s, 80s and 90s.
The Curve outlet features a brand new story set in The Mystical Seri Panggung Academy and will currently feature only one episode.
It is an interactive horror house experience. The best way to describe it is being part of a movie set while it is being filmed, with new scenes unfolding as you make your way through the Colle Eastern Hotel.

Hauntu only showcases one episode at a time. Hence, you will only be playing the current episode that is being shown.
The whole experience will be conducted in English.
There is a minimum of 2 people to a limit of 10 people max per entry. If your group has fewer than 10 people, you will be grouped with other individuals in the same session. If your group has more than 10 participants, please make a separate booking.
Yes, you may be grouped with other strangers during your session, However you may opt for a private session and have the entire experience to yourself.
To book for a private session, you need to select +9 players when making booking.

The entire experience will take about 60 minutes including a safety briefing, storyline briefing, gameplay and debriefing after the experience.

Do arrive 5 minutes early for verification, safety briefing & story briefing. We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or cancel your booking in case of any late arrival.

Unfortunately, we do not recommend those with heart conditions / disabilities or are pregnant to play Hauntu as it is a scare experience and contains crawling. Any entry will be at your own risk.
The key word is comfortable. Heels and skirts are not recommended as there will be crawling involved throughout the experience.
There will be school sized lockers for you to keep your belongings, however, we advise you to travel light. The locker keys will be handed for you to hold till the end.
The minimum age to enter without adult supervision is 15 years old. The experience may not be suitable for young persons between the ages of 8 - 14, but we do have some who enjoyed the experience. They will need to be accompanied by an adult if they are required to participate. Children 7 and under are strictly not allowed to enter.
For safety and legal reasons, please do not ask our employees to look after your children.
The entire experience would still deliver the same story called A Mother’s Wish. You must preselect a path before visiting Hauntu The Curve when making a booking because one part of your journey is different depending on what path you chose.

You shall comply with all instructions as may be given by Hauntu from time to time and observe all signs and warnings displayed at Hauntu Premises.
You acknowledge that even under the safest conditions of practice, there exist some degree of inherent risk which are beyond the reasonable control of Hauntu, its officers and employees and hereby agree to assume the risk in relation to the participation in the Experience.
You shall make the payment for the experience at Hauntu Premise or Online. You shall not be entitled to a refund in the event that you are found to be in breach of any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement unless otherwise agreed by Hauntu.
Hauntu prohibits the use of drugs and alcohol in the Hauntu Premises and has the rights to refuse you entry to Hauntu Premises if Hauntu has reason to believe that you are under the influence of drug and/or alcohol.
Without prejudice to other rights Hauntu may have under this agreement or at law, Hauntu shall have the right to refuse to grant you access to Hauntu Premises or any part thereof if you are found to be in breach or Hauntu has reason to believe that you may be in breach of any of the terms and conditions contained herein.
You shall not be involved in any of the following activities:
(a) conduct which may cause any disturbance to other users of Hauntu Premises or causes any disturbancs to Hauntu in providing servics to its customer or potential customers such as vandalism, taking down frames, and causing damage to game props or hardcopy materials;
(b) conduct which may cause any harm or injury to anyone or otherwise put yourself or any person in danger such as violent acts, moving heavy furniture and reaching out ceilings; and
(c) jumping, running, and putting unnecessary stress (brute force) on any property or equipment located on Hauntu premises.
(d) smoking, eating, drinking inside Hauntu.
Unfortunately, we do not host birthday events due to capacity limitations.

You are allowed to reschedule your booking once without incurring any charges, provided that the rescheduling is requested at least TWO hour before your scheduled session. Additional fees may apply for any subsequent rescheduling or changes made after the initial two-hour grace period. If you exceed the two-hour grace period, a minimum rescheduling fee of RM30 will be incurred for each subsequent rescheduling.
.i) Partial or full refunds are strictly not allowed for any scenarios, with the sole exception being technical issues (e.g., props malfunction) arising from circumstances beyond Hauntu’s control (e.g., technical errors) that prevent us from delivering the intended game experience.
ii) Partial or full refunds are not provided in instances where the number of players who show up is less than the quantity booked or in the event of a no-show during the game.
