Lost In Karak is a 5-day immersive horror event happening in The LINC KL brought to you by Pepsi where the backstory takes place in Karak. NO, This is not a drive-through experience

NO! It’s not related at all.

Lost in Karak is a totally separate experience where:

• The storyline, setting of the era, and locations are not related to any of the episodes at Hauntu.
• There will be more Live Actors and top scale surreal set design + special effects.
• This experience is only available during the 5-day event.

All you need to do is immerse yourself in the horror experience, interact with our live actors, and scream your lungs out to fully enjoy the experience.

The entire experience will take about 30 minutes.

It will be on the 26th - 30th May 2022 starting from 11am - 10pm.

The venue of this event will be located at Level 2, The Linc KL (Right in front of Hauntu).

The ticket price is RM 39 per player. Early bird price is available until 1st May 2022.

The minimum age to enter without adult supervision is 15 years old. Young children aged 8 - 14 will need to be accompanied by an adult. Children aged 7 and under are strictly not allowed to enter. As there will be jump scares and crawling, we advise against pregnant ladies and senior citizens from entering as well. Unless you want to, in which case all admissions into Hauntu are at your own risk.

A maximum of 12 players per session is allowed.

Yes! Due to limited sessions available per day, smaller teams must be grouped together. Rest assured, we ensure that we follow strict Covid SOPs. See No 15 for additional details. Just gather up 12 friends to experience together if you do not wish to be grouped with people outside of your group.

Something comfortable and won’t interrupt your movement, especially when crawling during the experience is preferred. Best to avoid heels and skirts at all costs.

There will be certain sections where you might be ordered to carry items, crawl in a tunnel or be tied loosely during the game play but nothing extreme, we promise.

No, we do NOT recommend the following to play the game as the Experience will have elements of surprise and minimal physical obstacles to traverse.

You should arrive at least 10 mins early for briefing and registration purposes. Do note that parking in the LINC is limited and thus we recommend you to park at Intermark or the G - Tower building as alternatives.

We require that all our customers:

• Complete 2 doses of Vaccine (Sinovac recipient must complete 3 doses)
• Face masks must be worn at ALL times
  Being a Boosted customer is better
• Do show us your Mysejahtera vaccination screen to the registration counter upon arrival.

We do not encourage walk-ins or adding players on the event day as the tickets will most likely be sold out. Hence, we advise you to purchase tickets prior to the event.

1. Partial or full refund is strictly NOT ALLOWED for any partially/ fully completed services with the only exception being any technical issue (i.e. props malfunction) that is due to the organizer or any circumstances (i.e. MCO) that prevent Hauntu from delivering the game experience.
2. Partial or full refund is also NOT PROVIDED for any instances where the number of players who show up is LESS than the quantity booked or in the event of a no-show during the experience.

1. You may be required to carry items or be tied with a handcuff or do any kind of physical activity to provide you an immersive experience. Again, nothing extreme, we promise!
2. Be prepared to interact with our actors as part of your experience.

Yes, but we advise you not to use your mobile devices for the best experience.

Yes you can! Just inform our crew and they’ll assist in taking you out. Do take note that once you exit, you won’t be allowed to rejoin the game.

Nope! There are no lockers provided for you to safely keep your valuables. Hence, we advise you to travel light.

You shall not be allowed to be involved in any of the following activities:
(a) conduct which may cause any disturbances to other users of the Experience or otherwise cause any form of disturbance to the organizer in providing it’s services to its customers or potential customers such as vandalism, taking down frames and causing damage to game props or hardcopy material;
(b) conduct which may cause any harm or injury to anyone or otherwise and putting yourself or any person in danger through violent acts such as moving heavy furniture, reaching out to grab the ceiling or other unnecessary actions; and
(c) jumping, running and putting unnecessary stress (brute force) on any property or equipment located on Experience premises
(d) Smoking, Eating and Drinking inside the experience
(e) Verbally or physically assaulting the actors
(f) Taking pictures or recording the experience.

No. Hauntu prohibits the use of drugs and alcohol in the Event Premises and has the right to refuse you entry into the Event Premises if Hauntu has reason to believe that you are under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.
