Please Take Note of the Following
You are only allowed to reschedule ONCE (1) after a booking is made. Rescheduling should be made latest 1 hour prior to the session
In the event where the actual number of people arrive is less than the amount paid, the payment made is NOT REFUNDABLE.
We kindly request that you arrive at least 5 minutes early for registration and briefing.
If you arrive later than your booked time, your game session will be canceled or delayed and is subject to availability on the day itself.
For promos, please remember to key in the voucher code before checking out to ensure that you are paying the discounted price.
We highly advise booking online to secure your game session, rather than walking in, especially during weekends.
You may potentially be grouped with STRANGERS if you have less than 10 players & someone else book for the same session.
Max. 10 players per session. Please make another booking if you exceed the 10 player limit.
Private sessions are available for RM610 per session (1 – 10 people). You will have the entire experience to your own group if you choose this option.

Hauntu prohibits the use of drugs and alcohol in the Hauntu Premises and has the right to refuse you entry to Hauntu Premises if Hauntu has reason to believe that you are under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol.

Young persons between 8 and 14 will need to be accompanied by an adult. Children 7 and under are strictly not allowed.
Please wear appropriate clothing. Skirts and heels are not recommended as there is crawling involved.
